Your Exclusive Territory
Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc., will work with you to find a suitable location. A demographic evaluation will be made of the community. Transient business will also be evaluated. Only when the area is determined to be a suitable location will a geographic area be assigned to you.
Within your exclusive territory, no other Obee's franchised sub shops, including company owned sub shops will be authorized.

Individual Unit Opportunities
Obee's has opportunities available to you if you are interested in owning a single restaurant. The Obee's system has been perfected over the years and is set up so that you can operate with one restaurant, if that's your choice. As a matter of fact, single unit owners are the backbone of our industry. Multi Unit Opportunities
Obee's has ground floor opportunities for multiple unit owners. You can start with only one unit and grow into multi unit franchising or you can commit to several units in order to protect a specific territory, if you feel that you have the business skills and planning to build your business. A special incentive program is available to Multi Unit Franchisees to assist in reducing the cost of building and operating a Multi Unit territory.
