| Support to training
Every Obee's sub
shop Franchisee, along with one or two key
employees will attend an extensive training
course at the corporate headquarters of
Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc., in Port
Charlotte, Florida or a current certified
training facility. The training course is
six days a week and a minimum of two weeks
in duration.
The training will provide instruction in
every phase of your business, including,
the correct way to make Obee's subs along
with the preparation of all other Obee's
menu food products. You'll be taught equipment
procurement, customer service, promotion,
hiring, training for your staff, inventory
control, record-keeping, purchasing, bookkeeping,
salesmanship, marketing, and on the job
training.
You will be provided with an Operations
Manual that contains detailed information
regarding the setup and daily operations
your Obee's sub shop. This confidential
manual is regularly updated with additions
and modifications in order to provide you
with the most current and accurate information.
Continuous Support
During the opening of
your Obee's sub shop, a Field Representative
will spend time, at your location, assisting
you with all phases of setting up and operating
your shop. This includes visiting local
businesses to introduce them to your new
Obee's sub shop and make them aware of our
delivery service.
Thereafter, for as long as you are a member
of the Obee's sub shop "family,"
you will receive regular communication from
the Home Office on new items, new products,
equipment and sales tips. . A Field Representative
will make regular visits to your location
to review your operation, make suggestions
and help you find ways to increase your
profits. We want your Obee's sub shop to
be successful and we will do everything
we can to help you achieve that goal. We,
at the Home Office, are at all times available
by phone, or we can arrange a special visit
to your location to work out a problem if
one occurs.
